What does it mean in this context: My friend is having a facebook argument (Lol) and some one's said to him 'advance towards me brethren'. Im just wonering what it means?

It means come towards me brothers. I think it is a dumb way of saying 'come at me bro' .. usually idiots use that phrase.

Actually it is not a "dumb" way of saying come at me bro, "advance towards me brethren" was used around the 1700's usually by soldiers who taunted others, so in reality "come at me bro" is a dumb way of saying "advance towards me brethren."
