Kid wants to beat me up because i put my hands on his sister?

My friends brother posted a facebook status that he taught his sisters boyfriend a lesson about putting his hands on her. I posted a comment "I put my hands on your sister almost everyday, Whats the problem?" and he got mad. Then he sent me a message saying he wants to fight me. I'm 3 years older then him though and I don't see the problem of giving her a daily hug.

What do I do?

I think he probably took it as you physically abusing her, Tell him it was a misunderstanding and apologize

I think he's being super over protective. If you're 3 years older than him you don't have to worry abut him beating you up. Just avoid him and tell him that you and his sister are just friends.

well to me it sounds like your abusing her so you could make sure he understood fully just say you huged her and if he already knows that then just tell him not to fight ..fighting is completely pointless if you win what do you get nothing you guys will still have issues so just tell him you like her as a friend or girlfriend or whatever you guys are and that your sister chooses to be with me and you should let her be happy
