How do I win my friend back?

So my best friend has been the same since kindergarten. The other day I asked her to hang out and she said she had to babysit her sister. Later I went on Facebook, and saw that she was tagged at a nail salon with a friend that she has known for about a year. I miss her so much and haven't seen her in forever, and seeing that she lied to me really hurts. How do I win her back?

She lied because she was probably guilty and didnt know how to tell you about her friend... Forgive her for that. Dont try and win her vaxk, i know this is lame but talk to her about it and tell her how you feel, just try and become friendlier to her so you get closer.
