Dad sues facebook over his daughters nude pics?

Its the hoe daughters fault, not facebooks. I think that its the parents fault just as much as the daughters fault for not disciplining her and not knowing what she's doing. What are you opinions?
Ps. If I were the judge , I'd laugh at this case and actually cuss the dad out for being retarted

If you cared to read the article, the father found her facebook account and deleted it, then he sent her to a psych ward due to other issues with her. There she managed to make another account that posted nude photos. So its both facebooks fault (not ensuring that she was of age. Should require a state license at least) and the wards fault for giving her access
