Friend might have something wrong with him?

He is 13 (almost 14) and I think he has some kind of disorder but I don't know what. Here are the symptoms:

-mood swings
-adds people he doesnt know on facebook
-constantly needs to be close to people
- very touchy-feely
- is never serious
-lacks social skills
- very obsessed with certain things
- still sleeps in parent's bed
-etc


He seems pretty normal. You wouldn't think there was anything wrong just from looking at him. Any ideas as to what he might have?

it depends how long and what time he started this mabye because he is getting older it might be a phase

He has personality, just like everyone else. And don't psycho-analyse others - you'll always get it wrong.

he's a creeper. and there is definitely something wrong with him. he needs to stop sleeping with his parents and get into his room because it's normal. he also needs to stop kissing people and get himself some friends other than upperclassmen.
