How to show relationship status on the new Facebook layout?

I had it hidden on the old layout but now i want to show it. I knew how to do it on the old one, but now it won't show. I went to edit profile and changed it under "featured people" but I can't actually see it over my friends over my profile like other people. My privacy settings are already set so everyone should be able to see it, but I can't even see it myself. Please help me. My boyfriend and I are sad because it won't show (he doesn't have a facebook anymore).

You have to adjust it under Privacy Settings.

Click on Customize Settings and the Relationships option will be there.
