How can you put a GIF as your twitter background?

okay, can someone please teach me how to put a GIF as a twitter background. i searched but cannot find a detailed enough answer to help me.

what i mean is have a background like this --> http://twitter.com/#!/TreySongzCrew

Try this
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Go to "Designs"
3. Click on "Change background image" button near bottom of the page.
4. Click on the "Browse..." button and navigate to the background ".gif" file that you want to use, choose it and click on save at bottom.
