How to find a long lost brother?

He's not really missing, but he's missing to us. I have a feeling he doesn't want to be found. I don't know what he looks like, and I don't know how to find him.
What ways can I find him online for free?

I don't actually know if he's missing. He might be. I've never met him and my father hasn't seen him for over a decade.
