You can't. Sorry to say, bud, but you're going to have to trust her. If you think she's being disloyal, bring it up to her and see what she says.

If you spy on her, you are giving her reason to seek refuge with another guy because you are invading her privacy.

Trust her. If she starts blowing you off and making excuses for why she can't chat with you, maybe there's something going on; but if she gives you no reason to suspect she's cheating, then you have no reason not to trust her. If you can't do that, then you're not fit for a LDR.

Problem is, you can't. That is why long distance relationships are difficult to maintain.
It takes a tremendous amount of trust to be involved in one and no matter how many sites she gave you access to doesn't mean a dam thing. She can be cheating on you while you look at her facebook. Then again, she probably isn't.
I have been in a long distance relationship and we ended up getting married in the long run. Still married to this day. (13 years).
Both parties need to be on the same page mentally and know temptation is harder to resist in such a relationship and question themselves Do I love this person enough to be able to handle the difficulties that come with this?
