Why did this girl add me on facebook ?
I have a friend at work and I always joke about how I have a crush on his sister. She used to work at the same place, and she comes to get food sometimes. Today she came and my friend wanted to me to say hi, but I know she knew I joke around about liking her so I didn't come out. Then later that night she friend requested me on facebook. Why would she do this?

Obviously she has some interest in you, now the question then becomes on what level? Have the two of you spent any time together outside of work? There could be the distinct possibility she likes you, but one cannot tell/be sure at this point unless she has dropped subtle hints or clues. Where you want to take things(if anywhere) with this person is up to you.
