How to Tell if Someone is Listing Their Sexual orientation on Facebook or Relationship status?

If on a guys Facebook page who is a new friend, who you are interested in, in the About Me section they state only two things. One is GENDER: MALE (duh!) and second INTERESTED IN: WOMEN, does this mean he's single. He poses in pictures with his female friends, but its never him even touching them he's either smiling or not, and next to them. Is he single?

Heres my thought process:

He doesnt have single or not.. Not all couples put "in a relationship with ..." on their Facebook. But a lot do.
Also you could check his wall and see what girls are talking to him (sending x's) and heck there Facebook to see I they're single. Or I there is a common girl talking to him this could be a girlfriend.

It sounds as if he is single.
