Who wins this argument?

i have been dealing with a bit of a problem as i have called out someone on Youtube for using hash tags# when they serve no purpose. i am not quite sure if he is stupid,trolling or if i am missing out and im the fool but i would like to copy paste the argument to get your opinions...i just find his arguments flawed and the fact that they dont make sense is alarming me to the fact that he could be a troll

background info. # are used before words on twitter to create a link and so people can view whats trending, for example before an election #Obama would be trending

well at least your following. using the # sign is a little more than just the conventionalities... i suggest you think outside the box of the traditional use of the hash sign on twitter to the most ambiguous sense/use and maybe you'll get it. you came off a little short there boy. that doesnt count on the test results.

there is no ambiguous sense of the use of a FUCKING HASHTAG on youtube dont tell me i came up short ambiguous means double meaning ....there wasnt even a single meaning for it nor a purpose,reason anything.
