On facebook how does it decide who to put as ur friends on my page? Why is one girl always on that list? I don't think FB has feature like counting who is viewing my page the most.

you mean the list of friends that are also fan of a certain page?
should be random I guess if you meant who decided to become friends with you(r profile), that is your friend re-requesting to become friends

From what I gathered, it seems to recommend people who went to the same schools as you or the same places you work. It also recommends people through people you are friends with. The more of your friends that have a person added as a friend that you don't have, the more likely they'll recommend that person to you. Example: My sister, my brother, my cousin, and my good friend, are my friends, but they all have a person as a friend that I don't. Facebook thinks that I have a good chance of knowing this person, thus, sends me that person as a suggested friend.
