How to delete accounts of a deceased person?
My brother died and I want to make sure his Facebook account and Xbox Live account are deleted just because my brothers and my mom think it'd be better.

How do we go about this?

Should we contact Facebook and contact Microsoft?

Sorry to hear about your loss.

If you contact facebook directly then they should be able to delete his account directly.

Regarding xbox live, the payments can be cancelled by cancelling his bank cards. If you want to get rid of the account totally then you will probably need to contact Microsoft.
