How can I convince my mom to let me have a facebook?
I'm 13. All of my friends have one. I've askEd her before and she says I'll think about it and then never answers. I'm the only one I know without one exept my twin sister and my mom even has a facebook. So how can I convince elher other than telling her to become friends so she can she my page?

Just make it. How will she know. Trust me, I am 17 years old, and when I was 13 Myspace was the big thing, and I just made one even though my mom told me not to.

you're 13. anyone 13 and over can set up a facebook account. just set one up. then it's done. if you don't let her know your password there won't be a thing she can do about it.

I had the same problem at 14, so i just made one, but then my aunts and cousins started friend requesting me and i figured they would say something to my mom so i deleted it, now im 16 and i just got one last summer. I was having a birthday party and i told her calling everybody for the invitations would jack up the phone bill, so she just gave in. I also said that my friends all made their plans on facebook and i wasn't getting invited and that wasn't fair. I also gave her my password so she can check in whenever she wants to make sure its "safe" or whatever. good luck!
