When someone dies why do people write to them on their facebook wall?

A- They are not going to see the messages, I doubt facebook is that powerful that it reaches the after-life -_-

B- Its annoying that people who were never even close with them now have something to say

C- It just feels like people are writing things so other people can see what they wrote and think "aww what a kind-hearted person.
