Need a speech topic for speech class by tomorrow!?

I still can't think of a speech topic and the outline is due tomorrow...it has to be extemporaneous style of speaking (no reading a paper, just conversational, glancing at notecards) so it would help if I knew a lot about it, has to have at least 1 visual aid, & be a subject with at least 3 main points. Any suggestions?
