My heart races and i get very nervous when i talk to girls?

I met girl from my school on facebook but when i met her in school i just said hi and walked on, she said hi back but my heart raced when i saw her and i couldn't talk at all to her after that point.

How can this be resolved? I feel REALLY nervous with girls :/

Ill probably never get a girlfriend because of this. :/

dont worry im almost the same way when i talk to guys. once you hook up with a girl youll get less nervous. alot of people are going through what you go through

normal for boys. As you gain confidence it will change. ALL boys had this problem. Some got over it faster than others.
Tell her you are nervous and she will understand.
She is nervous as well, you are just too nervous to see it.

Its normal for a human to get nervous when he gets excited and when a girl talks to you try to talk back ignore how she looks and try to answer her back like your talking to a friend and just try to relax and if you are only around 12-16 its normal dont worry just stoooop thinking about it and you should be fine

Just talk to them like you talk to your sister or mother or cousin. You have a sister, mother or cousin right?? Do you get nervous when you talk to them. Nope. Thats because when you talk to them you have no expectation. You should drop your expectation when speaking to women. Your getting all nervous because your expecting something to happen and this is making you nervous.
Its not the woman thats making you nervous its your own expectation of what may happen thats making you nervous and if you want to talk to them and not be this way you need to get rid of your expectations.

The way to do this is to chill out, relax treat them like your friend and remember if something happens it happens, If it doesn't all the better maybe you weren't compatible anyway. They'll still be your friend if nothing happens so you'll win anyway. Just because you talk to women doesn't mean something is gonna automatically happen relationship wise between you and them. Lower your expectations and then you'll see how easy it is to talk to them and get to know them.

No i JK, but seriously bluff your nervousness away and just be yourself. Once they laugh at your jokes or smile when you tell them something interesting you will become more comfortable.
