My wife has been temporarily blocked from chatting on Facebook. Why?

My wife tried to chat with her sister on Facebook, but she was informed that she has been blocked from chatting, and that she won't be allowed to chat again for several hours.

She hasn't harassed anyone, and she only uses FB chat to talk to her Mon and her sister.

Any idea how to find out why this happened, and how to prevent it from happening again?

it happens when someone reports you. she may not have harrased anyone but someone had to have reported her anyway.

She must have done something, or they banned the wrong person.

Edit: I got that message, too. Something must be up. I haven't posted in quite awhile.
