Can you get into trouble for putting your kids pics on a dating website?
My BF has full legal custody of his daughter. His daughter's mother gets supervised visits. We got a call last night to check out a dating website that his ex was on. On that website was a picture of his daughter taken at the Walmart photo center. There were also individual pics of her other kids. Is this some thing that she can get into trouble for? We understand her posting pictures on Facebook, but on a dating website? His daughter is 7.

Only if she is looking for a date for the daughter.
Legally its ok... but might I suggest you POLITELY inform her that she might attract a creep that treats her nice just to get at the kids if she has the photos posted. |

I'm unaware of any laws that prohibit putting pictures of children on a dating site. I'm also unaware of any men that would be attracted to a woman who would post pictures of her child on a dating site. Might as well post a picture of yourself taking a dump if you're trying to get guys to skip right over your profile.
