What does google plus offer that twitter and facebook doesn't offer to its users?

What I mean is.. how much different is it from facebook and twitter and what are the benefits to google plus

well dude i haven't tried twitter but have used facebook and google plus.google plus has come up with some different features like circles etc.moreover it is working on fraud free environment where it is confirming celebrities' accounts etc

Here are some of the Google+ features that Twitter & Facebook doesn't have:

-Google plus offers multiple or group video calling with its Hangouts feature.
-Using Google+, you can manipulate the privacy option when sharing a content.
-You can connect all Google products (e.g. Picasa, YouTube) to your G+ account

Indeed, all of Twitter and Facebook's limitations were perfected in Google+.
