What to say to my girlfriend when she gets back?

My girlfriend went to visit her grandma and when she comes back I know she's gonna be like I missed you so much. I don't really know what to say to her. I really missed her too but recently I've been questioning my trust towards her. It's really hard to believe some of the things she tells me like how her grandma took away her phone like the night she got there and how she doesn't even try to get a hold of me even through myspace, facebook, etc.
