how to i get someones facebook account closed down because they are using it to harrassse me from another state?

There should be a report button on their profile. Click that and it should stop them. Usually their account can be closed aswell. This happened to a friend of mine so I know it works.

Go to their profile and right beneath their friends list on the right hand corner there is a block person button click on it & you will no longer be able to see that person & they wont be able to see or contact you on facebook ..... and BTW please add this http://www.facebook.com/groups/230528446983525/

you should record EVERYTHING that they say to you, write down every detail. keep a dairy of the amount of times they contact you, time, date, etc. Print off emails, and go straight to the police. Because the police can arrest some one with eveidence. (the emails and the diary in which you recorded) Contact the police in you state aswell as the other state. Even though its over the internet, it is still harrassment and its an arrestable offence. also contact facebook HQ, or just block the person lol.
