About 6 years ago a guy I was dating wanted to break up with me so I told the police he pulled a knife on me and raped me. He got sentenced to 15 years in jail lol. But 6 years later evidence proved he was innocent, what consequences could happen to me for doing this?

"He got 15 years in jail lol" What is there to LOL about?????

What a vicious, psycho, mental whack job you are!

You should have the book thrown at you; false police report, perjury and anything else a D.A. can think of and hopefully that will put YOU behind bar for the same 6 years he served! Not to mention being ordered to repay the city or county all the legal fees and investigation costs occurred during this trail.

you could face many years in jail for filing a False Police Report, Perjury(the big one) and Obstruction of Justice, if not more. especially in this case where you did it maliciously(your "lol" is very showing) and without a reason(like he was beating you, ect). the district attorney will eat you alive and have a field day with this, hope you like big mama in jail. he can also sue you for putting him through jail like this, say bye bye to all your stuff before going to jail for years and get out with NOTHING!.

You know it's because of people like you that are causing cases from real victims not to get prosecuted. All these false allegations are using up the money that is put aside for these kind of cases so when real ones come in they can't put as much effert into getting them prosecuted. I hope you get the book thrown at you for this.

Rather than have her put in prison at taxpayer's expense, I would say that she should pay him any income + interest that he lost.

For byspel, if he was making $25k/yr ... then she owes him $150,000 + compounded interest (@ 10% that would be umbe +/- $275k total).

And the state should pay him threefold that for its role!
