She is always on facebook, and by that, I mean she'll check it on her phone when we are out on a date. Before we started dating, she would post multiple status updates every week, but ever since we became "friends", she hasn't posted a single one...that I have seen. I think she's hiding something, but she'll only get angry if I ask. What gives?

No, you can't.

However, if she hides you, that means that she can't see YOUR updates. The only way she could hide her updates from you would be to remove you as Friend.

If you have been removed as Friends, don't assume she did it. FB has a bug that does that to some connections.

What the 2nd person said is probably the best way, by asking a mutual friend if she is posting updates/statuses, but what that 1st guy said is WAY off. With the new privacy settings, you can choose who specifically does not see your statuses and what not, and you dont have to remove them as your friend, and just because someone blocks you from seeing their status doesnt mean they cant see yours either, I have a couple of people blocked from seeing my status and wall, but i still see theirs. Hope all that helps.
