How to write a letter to my father?
So my dad had an affair, and my parents split up 3 days after we found out. So it's now been 5 months, my dad has already bought a house and is moving his girlfriend in. I'm only 16 and I find every thing is moving way to fast, how can I write a letter to say how I feel?

That is an upsetting situation. Sit in your room without distractions and just start writing down your thoughts and feelings. Then, take a break. Go back and read what you wrote. Make whatever changes you need to and write your letter. Sometimes you need to just get your thoughts out first. You want to make sure the final letter is clear and a little less angry so it will be read and taken the way you want it to. You also need to realize the problem is between your parents. You should keep a relationship with both of them separate from each other. Their split is not your fault and you need to keep communication open with them. If you need to, talk to someone outside the situation about your feelings. It helps to have a friend or mentor to support you during these rough times.

i don't really have the answer for that but my parent split up when i was 12 and my mother choose her new bf over her 9 children im now 20 and still haven't seen her since but she has tried to contact me via facebook and what not but its been too long i think? i think if you want to sort it out then do it before its too late but however your dad should contact you. nothing worse then the feeling of abandonment :-(
