Can someone be alerted when I post on my twitter if they are not following me?
i'm trying to figure out how this person always reads my twitter post and is alerted when i post but we not friends on twitter its public but still how they know when i post something new.

They should not be able to be alerted. Check your privacy settings. You can also block them.
