I have been on twitter since I was a teen and I've always wondered something. My account is private so does that mean no one, other than my followed can see my tweets? Even when they search up hashtags, etc? Please help!!
If you aren't going to help, please don't answer.
I know that. I meant if I used a hashtag and someone searched it up would it still be private? Sorry I'm confused haha

you can always create a different fake profile and see for yourself.

If your account is private, no one can see who you follow, who follows you, and what you post (but they can see the number of tweets you posted, as well as the number of followers and the number of people you follow).

if your account is private only the people you are following (& people who are following you) can see what you tweet. no one can see your hashtags but your follower & people you are following!
