What could it mean if you've broken up with someone and they don't change their facebook relationship status?

Basically, my boyfriend decided to end it with me yesterday due to stress in his life. We both still like each other. But both of us have been active on facebook since then, and neither of us have changed our profile pictures (we both have our profile pic set as one of us together) or our relationship status that says we're in a relationship with each other. If we've both been active on facebook since then, why could this be?

It means he isn't on facebook every 5 minutes like most of the anti-social losers that live on Facebook instead of the real world.

Facebook should never be used to determine the status of a relationship.

You both obviously care about each other still, even if you are not dating.

I think leaving it up for a while is normal if you still like each other. If you both hated each other and it ended badly, then I would assume the status would have been changed right away.
