How do you get tweets to show up on google?

I go on google to type in a persons name and i see this little chat room like with everyone mentioning his name so when i mention him how do i get my tweet on twitter to show up on google?

when your tweeting on twitter you must enter all hashtags with a #google,thats what they mean by hashtag,so if i was on ragbrai, and google,id have to use both #google and #ragbrai in the message to get the message to both show up on twitter and google.hope this answers your questions. took me like 10 mins to notice what they ment by a hashtag when i started to tweet when ragbrai started in are city last month
