Recently I have a new option called gmail buzz in gmail. How is it useful and what can I use it for?

Buzz is nothing..It is the other form of Gmail chat..

It's for posting your status, like on twitter and facebook. It's just another social networking tool but specifically for gmail.

You can control the privacy settings on this as well and can control exactly how many of your contacts will see your updates.

Using Buzz, you can share pictures, videos, and links, pulling in media from other sites like YouTube, Picasa, Flickr, Google Reader, and even Twitter.
