How to completely lock my facebook profile/wall?

I deleted my brother but he could still go on my wall & see my past likes, comments, etc. He couldn't see any status updates, but he could still see some pictures. How do I lock my profile so when someone clicks on me, it says "this user's wall is locked" & "This users pics are locked" etc.
I mean someone who I'm not friends with.
I Know I have to change the settings, but idk how! Cant u ppl be a little more helpful :\

For your overall profile, I'm not sure. As for your brother, you can just block him.

go to the privacy settings page, and then click on "limit past posts"

In upper right on your page, there is a drop down arrow.
Click arrow, choose privacy settings
Look for Limit the Audience for Past Posts.
Click Manage audience for past posts.
You'll get a message saying that only friends can see those posts and that the change can't be undone in one click.
