what can i do if a fake person has uploaded photos of my son and pretending that my son is their son?
this imposter is pretending to be the mother of my son and mangaed to upload photos from a facebook friends album, there are more than one photo of him on the fake facebook profile with comments on them saying "monster" "my gorgeous son, hes getting so big" .. the police are saying they cant do anything, but their must be something under legislation???? please help!

Facebook will remove the page if you report the photos being used.
There is no crime involved other than copyright infringement (which is worth nothing in this case) Unless she uses the photos to gain a benefit (making it fraud) I can't see what law is broken. |
