So here is the thing. Something weird has been going on at my facebook account..I've been receiving notifications like XYZ has accepted your request, ABC has accepted your request. You must be thinking that these are the common notifications but the surprising thing is that I never sent friend request to these people. I changed my password but yet I'm receiving these notifications. Please tell me what's wrong with my account.

sounds like an Facebook virus. Run and anti virus and malware then the issue should stop.
