Well, there are a several who deserve a push. One is Zack Ryder. The reason is that his popularity is sky rocketing. He's also selling tons of merchandise and is improving in the ring. He has the potential to be a major star.

Cody Rhodes becuase he has been showing more talent and charisma in the past couple of weeks than most of the superstars in the back. He trends on twitter every time he wrestles or does a promo. He deserves to be in the spotlight and become the next big thing in the WWE.

Dolph Ziggler, he is one of the best guys on the mic and he seems like he is one of those guys who brings the best out of all his opponents. Wade Barrett is a name that comes to mind as well

Dolph Ziggler (if he is even still considered mid-card).

Not only does the man work his butt off, but he is constantly performing well, and can seemingly put on a great match with anybody. Plus, if he improves, he could easily have the heel charisma, and has the look of a champion. If anybody deserves a big push towards a World title, it is Ziggler.

Dolph Ziggler because he is a great wrestler and he can sell moves and execute them in a perfect way just like his theme song. And he has been having 2 matches in 2 consecutive PPVs. And he shows no signs of fatigue at all. This man deserves to be risen as a main eventer like CM Punk.

Cody Rhodes ..he has emerged from good for nothing to good for everything. In the beginning no one believed that he could be major star but unlike Ryder who has become popular not because of his in ring performance or Ziggler who lacks mic skill Cody switched the gear in less than one year and believe me that's an achievement for the one who was soon to become future endeavored at that time. His promos are amazing and deserves a title shot not because he whine for it but because he has earned it.

Well, I don't think you could say guys like Zach Ryder, Wade Barrett or Cody Rhodes. Granted, they're all mid-carders, but they are all also being pushed quite hard at the moment. My pick would be Dolph Ziggler.

Yes, I know that Ziggler is the United States champion, which almost by default means he's being pushed somewhat, but I just don't get that same type of emphasis being placed on him like a few other middle of the card guys being thrust up the card at the moment.

To me (and this is obviously just personal opinion), Ziggler is the best pure wrestler the WWE has right now. No one, in or out of the main event, puts on such consistently exciting and entertaining matches like Ziggler does. It doesn't seem to matter who he's working with (unlike a LOT of other guys in the WWE), Ziggler adapts and puts on a great match. Then when he mixes with another highly talented guy, someone like John Morrison or CM Punk, the result is a match of the year candidate. I mean, when was the last time you saw a "bad" Dolph Ziggler match? I can't think of many since he started with the WWE.

Plus, with Ziggler it isn't just the wrestling skills. The crowd is beginning to really react to him. I mean, he interrupts Vickie Guerrero now and the audience goes nuts for him. But at the same time, he can play the audience like a fiddle and get them to detest him as well. That takes talent.

Ziggler is the guy I would really push if I had it my way. It won't be long until we see him as a world champion.
