Do you think there will be another system-wide 50% seat sale on international flights anytime soon? The just had one 10 days ago. If ever they do, do you think it will be valid for flights in October or just November onwards like all of their current seat sales?

Will the tickets rise in price the closer I get to the travel date?

there isn't a set trend that Cebu Pacific follows in giving out seat sales. it all depends on market forces and the flow of travel for a particular timeline. if you have every reason to travel months ahead, take advantage if there is a seat sale. otherwise, you'd end up paying the same rate.
