how to block calls and and text messages on a Straight Talk R355C?

My boyfriends ex continues to call and text him but all we want is for her to leave us alone. But she won't so what we want to do is block her cell and house numbers from his phone. We've both deleted and blocked her on facebook, we both just want to be done with her. I really need to know how to block her.

Sorry, but as of now, you can not block phones from calling/texting a Straight Talk cellular device. The reason for this is that you pay so little for the phone and plan, Walmart tries to minimize cost by taking features as this away.
