Two trending topics on Twitter at the moment are #SignsYoSonIsGay and #HowToTurnDownAUglyPerson.

Apart from both those topics being grammatically incorrect, they are viciously prejudiced.

I mean, so what if someone is a homosexual? That's their choice, and you should respect it.
And so what if someone who likes you is ugly? Why do looks even matter that much?

I'm so done with all this crap. Why are so many people (and I mean literally thousands, just search either of those tags on Twitter for proof) such disrespectful twits?

Well its human nature(or rather animalistic) to have such opinions and thoughts.
It is programmed in our genes to have a general dislike for anybody who seems abnormal in any sense. That's our mind's trick to promote persons who seem genetically fit i.e. normal people to keep the population genetically as pure as possible. But that behavior is in general inclined to animal behavior instead of intelligence.

Well you can just assume those people who like such topics are victims of their unintelligent behavior(animalistic behavior).

Don't be annoyed by that, be content of the fact that you can see the difference. You know that physical beauty is temporary & illusionary while the important thing is mental beauty.
