How to report someone on twitter?

Someone on twitter tweeted me, and well. It was a video of... 18+ stuff.
And I mean, I'm only 14, and I think that's disgusting that someone would do that.
I checked the their profile, and it's just the same link tweeted to random people, over and over.
Can I report this & how?

You can file a support ticket http://support.twitter.com/forms to report

If someone is spamming you, you can report them to @spam by following @spam and sending a DM to them with the username.

If the user is making threats, you should look into filing a police report.

However, if you just disagree with the user, there's nothing you can do, other than block their updates
