How can I find my brother who was adopted out?

My real dad lost his kid, my brother because he was doing drugs. I want to know my brother because I haven't really meet him besides when he was three. Where do I start to find him. I need anything that will help. Please This is very important to me, I miss him a lot.

If he was in the care system then you can find out what home he brought up before being adopeted out.care home would be the best place to start.if he was adopted straight out and orivate you will need toi find out with what adoption agency they might be able to give you a lead. If he's under 16 they won't give the information out good luck finding him

The State/Country where they child was born and adopted may have it's own registry and access laws, so check that out also.

heyy.. when i was ah child i was adopt,i took many many options on how to find my relatives. if you remember your little brothers name you can search him on the online free people search depending on how old he is now. Luckly i found my siblings threw facebook.. i wrote everyone with the same last name and ask do they know certain people and told them " my story", onee person out of hundreds answered and gave me what i was looking for for the past 17 years... good luck
