where can i blog about makeup?

i want to become a makeup artist, i am studying,. but for he time being i enjoy helping people out with tutorials , tips, tricks, give aways, hauls, ect. i currently have a youtube and a tumblr.
tumblr is good but its not strictly makeup lovers, is there any websites/blogsites that are good for blogging about cosmetics?

you can always search around google to pay to make a website..
but if you dont want to pay try blogger.com or weebly.com or maybe tumblr.com

I'd advise you to join twitter and follow the make up artists and make up companys /magazines etc on there.You will know what is the latest trends and what everyone is talking about long before any web site or blog

i think youtube is the easiest way to get popular, and i would continue with that until you get a lot of views and then maybe make a blogspot, twitter, or personal website.
