I agree with Black Phoenix - Protein intake is crucial, but that is only part of the story. It boils down to 3 things.
1) Eating more quality calories! 2) Performing a workout that breaks the muscle down so it will then build itself back up. (that's where protein comes into play) 3) Using the proper supplements to help. (creatine, whey protein and etc.) Know what to eat and when is probably the most crucial piece.
