How can i gain weight for football?
Im trying to gain about 15 pounds for football. What eating habits should i have?
should i have protein all the time even when im not working out

I agree with Black Phoenix - Protein intake is crucial, but that is only part of the story. It boils down to 3 things.
1) Eating more quality calories!
2) Performing a workout that breaks the muscle down so it will then build itself back up. (that's where protein comes into play)
3) Using the proper supplements to help. (creatine, whey protein and etc.)

Know what to eat and when is probably the most crucial piece. I can create a meal plan for you for free if you give me your basic stats. Age, current weight, height, gender.
