Was wondering which direction to go with my Twitter business account.?
I have a jewelry business account that I run and I was wondering (without polling on Twitter) if you're a Twitter follower, what would you like to hear from a local Twitter jewelry account?
Just sales and specials?
Fun facts and links?
Jewelery random news?
A mix of everything?
And how often should I tweet? 3 times a day all throughout spread out?

And ideas and what YOU would like to see would be helpful. Trying to get ideas. Thanks ahead of time.

As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. A domain name is a name you want to call your website. To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.

To get further information take a look at: http://www.threehosts.com/build

You need a web hosting service which supports online payments like, Master Card, Visa & PayPal. It is very important that your service be uptime. It means that you can access your account whenever you want to update your web pages, and your visitors can view your website whenever they type your website address. If your hosting service is not uptime it is real hell!

If you want to start your website I recommend purchase your domain and hosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some hosting services offer this gift today.

If you want to run a successful e-commerce you must choose a reliable web hosting service. The security of your business directly depends on the security of your hosting service. (Hacker safe)

Take a look at: http://www.threehosts.com/business

There you can reach the three reputable companies that are leaders in the E-commerce web hosting industry. They fulfill all your requirements to sell online. By using each of them, everything you need for your business website is provided in one eCommerce Hosting Package.

Good Luck!

Twitter is not good for advertising, but branding is okay. Make sure your not yelling "salesman pitches" and giving an opportunity of benefit. It is good to network with others in similar areas as well. By having a website and more than just Twitter to channel your message, you can drive visitors there and have a chance for a sale. I would recommend putting your name in the Twitter Yellow Pages at Twello.com or search for twitter directories, there are a few that help. Make sure u tweet at high peak hours, have a nice background, participate in follow friday, and talk about some of the trending topics to gain more followers. Just make sure that you befriend others and not announce personal goals. Twitter is something fun to share info on, so broadcast as a friend more than a hopeful business, share the lifestyle of this trend. Good luck

Hi,

A way to make money on Twitter is more direct. You can simply tweet a link to a product you are selling. Yet another method is to tweet a link to an opt-in page so you can build a list.

Of course, it's important to realize that the more traffic you have, the more visitors and sales you are likely to get. That is why, in addition to networking and marketing, it's important to focus on getting as many followers as possible.

A good question. I would say lets look at what jewellry is:

Its a luxury impile emotional product. So us guys ar ealways trying to get the right think for our girls, I wiuld suggest opening up discussion on the latest and hottest trends on what maybe the celkebs are using or new stones and style sthat are coming into fashion.. you can use advanced twitter searches for this and also you could create an rss feed from a keyword using google alerts that posts out to your audience to start firing up some market research. It's all quite it hard to do manually you need a lot of tools. But don't fret there are many out there things like twitter feed qill allow you to use rss feeds to get content out there an dthen you could use tools to search bios of poeple i thik it's twollow that can connect you with say fashion poeple eho would be in the know.
