This topic is very extensive but no complicated at all in todays world salespeople are more connected trough social aspects of the internet like Facebook, twitter, etc.., so that is a trend that is going to be used more and more, i know this is kinda obvious but just wanted to put that out there and this depends also on the sales person and in the indsustry his in it varies ... so the key thing i think is to have a really close relationship to the costumer
