That's basically how my hair looks like right now and I was just wondering what to do with it? I don't want to lose the length but i want a new hairstyle -_- What should i do to it and should i dye it black? :o help please.

Yes, black is good. Go for layers, just leave it that length, and you could always ask the stylist at the salon when you go in for a haircut! Hope it goes good!
