Why are my twitter followers getting spam from me when I am not sending it? Please help!?
My followers are getting sent weird direct messages and tweets from my twitter but I'm not sending the spam to them. A lot of my followers are getting pissed at me for sending it, and it's embarrassing and annoying! How do I make the spam stop from being sent to all my followers?
Thanks so much! I forgot to add that it's a protected account! Ads |

Its probably some type of virus or keylogger who got ahold of your account. Hay i have a question for you:
If a person views an account thats not private yet they dont have a twitter account themselves...can the person whose account they view see whose checking out their twitter. Like is there some secret application or software that allows people to see that? Ads |

Hmm, you might have a hacker, but that is highly unlikely. Try looking at your settings, maybe you accidentally have it put as "Send to followers".
I'm sorry I can't help much on this one, but try that, and if you really are concerned, you can make a new account as a last resort. |

Sounds like you have a virus, or someone is hacking you. The virus is more likely.

Sounds like a virus or melware. Download and install a free program called Melwarebytes. Run it on your computer (update Melwarebytes right after installation and run FULL scan. Keep in mind Full scan can take several hours! )
