What's going on with these bills censoring the internet?
I have heard alot of stuff like its going to take away facebook, youtube, twitter, and tumblr but then I heard its just for privacy issues. Does anyone know exactly what its for and if its going to take away any web sites? I just need a full report about whats going on before I go rant about it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhwuXNv8fJM

watch that, it explains the Bill in full.

The bill is an absolute disgrace

over 1/3 of wikipedia will be shut down along with youtube, facebook, myspace, givs the government right on texts/BlackBerry's, shuts down torrent sites, movie sites, Lovefilm sites etc.. - Basically every way of life as we know it will be in some way effected and/or censored by the Bill

Actually sOPA and PIPA are two new bills which will give power to government to bann a site for content voilating new rules like you wont be able to upload video songs in youtube or download free mp3 or photo of others without having permision.
so they will choke the whole internet

rest read in following link..
