Should I get back in contact with my ex-girlfriend?
I recently found my ex-girlfriend on facebook and was thinking of adding her. We haven't talked in two years because we didn't talk much anymore. I would like talk to her again because she is a very cool person but it was extremely hard to get over her and im not sure if im completely over her.

My real question is have you been in this kind of situation? What did you do? What was the out come?

No! You are not completely over her and you don't want to pop in and take off from where you left off. It has been 2 years and you need to move on first. It is a bad idea. You are expecting more than just being friends.

I have been in this situation what had ahppened is that i found him on myspace and we started talking because i decided to be the bigger person and just said hello to him it was great after that and we became good friends again and now im still friends with him yea it was very hard to get over him and i will always have that love for him but id rather have him in my life as a friend than not at all. You should just add her and talk to her.

There is no easy way. The number one thing you have to do is give each other space and work on yourself.
The reason for the breakup was a loss of attraction. You have to build that attraction again, and it may be hitting the gym, etc.
I personally went through a course and I hear soon they will be doing online coaching live. Thats what I would do,
I spent over $300 on a councelor that didn't do crap for me.
Best of luck!!!
