Let me know how exactly twitter and linked in and other such type of sites can be used for recruiting. Is there any free sites to download resume???

Monster.co.uk and other jobsites similar allow users to upload their CV and employers to find them. I think you would have to register as a company most probably pay a fee and you would gain acess to people that match your criteria.

Linkedin allows people to have all their experience, skills and qualities available to employers if you are in their network - think a facebook profile but for work. I'm a user but go on their site and follow the links for 'employers'

Twitter is a microblogging site. Think people just updating their facebook status whenever wherever. using twitter for this purpose is a little unconventional but possible i'd say..you could do a twitter search to see which people are looking for jobs and go through all the tweets then contact users directly. or somehow tap into the trending topic feature.
