when my daughter tries to use an application on facebook or watch a video on youtube internet explorer closes?
when my daughter tries to use an application on facebook or watch a vid on youtube or music on we7 internet explorer sends a msg saying internet explorer has to close, its offers to find a solution online but when we try this we get msg saying no solutions can be found.. does anyone know what the problem maybe? iv checked firewall and security and all seem fine.

A possible problem is that your index.dat file is corrupted. Try running Ccleaner http://www.piriform.com/ its free and may solve your problem quickly.

Also check to see how much free space is available on the computer.....

Failing a solution try out Firefox and see if it has the same problems. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/

Try resetting Internet Explorer to its default settings.

Click on Tools, Internet Options, Advanced Tab, near the bottom is the reset button.

Whilst on the same page, you can also click "Restore advanced settings" button.

To put it shortly, IE sucks, get Firefox. Firefox is so much more stable and secure than IE and much easier to use and customize.
